Where are your corporate apartments located?
We offer great location throughout Dallas-Fort Worth and the surrounding suburbs. With 35 years of experience in the apartment and corporate housing industry, we are familiar with all the best neighborhoods and prime properties in the market.
What is included?
We are happy to design a package based on individual preference and budget! Our tastefully appointed units typically include furniture, housewares & accessories, TV, DVD player, all utilities, cable, internet, microwave & full-size washer/dryer. Beds are queen, or we can substitute a king or twin beds. Just let us know if you need a landline, sleeper sofa, additional electronics, home office set up or maid service.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, the minimum lease term is 30 days.
How much does it cost?
Rates range depending on the property chosen, apartment size and length of your stay. Rates typically start at about $95 per night; however, custom solutions are created for each client.
Is there a deposit?
There are no deposits, application fees or additional costs for your corporate apartment.
Can my pet come along?
Of course! Breed restrictions and weight limit may apply, depending on the community you choose. A pet deposit and/or additional pet fees may be required. Many of our communities have pet-friendly amenities like dog parks, trails close by and dog-wash stations.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, company and personal checks. Prior credit approval required for acceptance of checks.
What’s the next step?
Once we know your preferences and budget, we can email a quote, along with property information like location, amenities, floor plans and photos. Just confirm, and we will email you the lease documents to sign and return. That’s it!
